Our approach is to build an efficient working relationship with the client at inception, assisting in developing a detailed working brief, identifying the client’s ultimate goals, and planning the various stages to achieve them within the necessary time scales and budget.
We can prepare specifications, developed from the client’s requirements, and give guidance on the most suitable contractual arrangements, subsequently preparing the necessary documentation. We can then take the project through the tending process, reporting the subsequent returns, advising on which would offer the best value.
We will progress the project to site, acting in a contract administration or project management role, providing interim valuations, variation orders as necessary, and ensuring the works are executed in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents.
